Only a few days before we leave for Tokyo. But tomorrow we are hosting a lunch for one the original residents who is moving out to a retirement village. She isn't rushing into this - she's 91 or 92, and just as impressive as my Mother. Preparations for this lunch are keeping Rosemary very busy, so Thursday and Friday are going to be the packing days for me as I hope to sail on Saturday, and we plan to leave home at 6.30 am on Sunday morning.
I'll keep this going as I best I can while we're away. I'll probably post any photos on the my picasa page.
Bye for now.

Hi Mum & Dad,
Hope your having a lovely time in Japan!
Yesterday I had my first ultrasound and the nurse told me that I have 4 follicles on my left ovary and 1 on my right. I felt a bit worried as I've heard of women getting around 20-30 follicles. Sam had 26!! The nurse said not to worry as it's quality not quantity and it only takes 1!
Then I got a call yesterday afternoon saying I have 6 follicles not 5 like I was told previously.
My estrogen levels are at 1500 so apparently that is a good result and it could mean the eggs inside the follicles are mature so no need to increase the injections doseage. Of course this dosen't confirm that all the eggs are of great quality yet until my EPU (Egg transfer) but it's looking good.
So I'm back to being possitive again!
I have my second ultrasound tomorrow morning and they'll tell me if my follicles have grown bigger or if more have come so fingers crossed for that.
I still think my EPU will be on Monday but it's not confirmed yet.
Oh guess what? Enzo will be off work with me all of next week as his boss has found somebody for his position and Enzo had the option to leave a week earlier so his last day is tomorrow! I'm so pleased he'll be off with me, it's worked out perfectly.
Enjoy yourselves.
Love Helen xxx
